Cookie Policy

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Some are necessary for the site to work at all; others we use only with your consent.

The categories we use

Necessary

The site does not work without them — they keep you signed in, protect forms against misuse and remember your choice in the cookie bar. They are always stored, because the service cannot be provided without them. The legal basis is legitimate interest, or performance of a contract.

  • session cookie — keeps you signed in, lifetime depending on the "stay signed in" choice,
  • form protection — prevents a form being submitted from another site, lifetime until the browser is closed,
  • consent choice — remembers what you selected in the bar, lifetime 12 months.

Analytics

These help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. They are stored only with your consent. We truncate the IP address so it cannot identify a specific device.

Marketing

These allow campaign effectiveness to be measured. They are stored only with your consent. We do not use them for profiling with legal effects.

Managing your consent

A bar appears on your first visit where you make your choice. The default is to decline — no analytics or marketing cookies are stored until you enable them yourself. You can change your choice at any time in the cookie settings in the site footer.

Cookies can also be deleted or blocked directly in your browser. If you block necessary cookies, parts of the site will stop working.

Record of consent

We keep a record of consent being given and withdrawn so we can demonstrate when and in what scope it was granted. The record contains the time, the categories and a truncated IP address — not what you browsed.
