What we do

Quoting and ordering

A customer uploads a drawing and sees the price straight away. Your price list works it out, not a guess of ours. Then the order reaches you with the file and the contact.

Where your time goes today

  • You price every inquiry in Excel and the quote goes out the next day.
  • An inquiry from Friday evening waits until Monday. Meanwhile the customer orders elsewhere.
  • After half an hour of pricing you find out your machines cannot make the part.

What changes

  • The customer has a price in seconds, at night and at weekends too.
  • Every quote is worked out the same way, from your rates.
  • Only what you can actually make can be ordered.

What your customer sees

The shop carries your logo and colors. No account needed.

  • Upload a drawing, see the price

A DXF drawing or an STL 3D model is enough. Change the material or the quantity and the price is recalculated.

  • Only what you can make is offered

You set the materials, thicknesses and sizes your machines handle. A part that fits nowhere is turned down before it becomes an order.

  • Lead times from your capacity

The delivery estimate comes from your production plan and shipping. When something needed for it is missing, the customer sees that the date will be confirmed.

  • They order and pay on your site

The money goes to your account. You get the order with the file, the parameters and the contact.

The price from your price list

You set the rates once. Every quote is worked out from them.

  • Priced your way

Machine hours, labor hours, a rush surcharge, a minimum and quantity discounts. You start from default rates and change them to yours.

  • No guessing

When something is missing from your price list, no price is worked out. The customer cannot pay for that item until you fill the gap.

  • A price rise in one place

The next customer sees a new rate or material straight away.

  • Work nobody else offers toofrom Pro up

Besides the ready-made operations you define your own: what the customer enters, how the price is worked out and which material comes off stock.

When it cannot be priced automatically

Not every job can be priced from a drawing.

  • On request only

You mark chosen options as on request. The customer sends the details and you fill in the price.

  • A customer without a drawing

They write through the form on your site or by email. Messages and attachments are in one place in your admin.

  • A quote by link

You put the items and the price together by hand and the customer accepts the quote with one click. From there it is an ordinary order.

Try it on one of your own jobs

Take a recent quote and see whether Forgmatic prices it the way you did.
