What can your workshop make? Pick everything you offer — several things are fine. We prepare the catalog, the price list and the web calculator from it.
FDM 3D printing Fused filament, layer by layer. Prototypes, housings, brackets, jigs and functional plastic parts, from a single piece. Sheet metal laser cutting Precision laser cutting of sheet metal from a 2D drawing (DXF). Upload the DXF, pick material, thickness and quantity; the price is computed from cut length, pierce count and sheet area. Plasma cutting of plate CNC plasma cutting from a 2D drawing (DXF) — structural and wear-resistant steel, stainless and aluminium, 3–25 mm. The analyser measures cut length, pierce count and part area; price is per metre of cut and per pierce by material and thickness. Waterjet cutting Abrasive waterjet cutting from a 2D drawing (DXF) — thick stainless and aluminium, Hardox and steel up to 50 mm, with no heat and no distortion. The analyser measures cut length, pierce count and part area; price is machine time by material, thickness and chosen edge quality. Colour anodizing Dyed anodizing of aluminium: black, red, blue, gold (type II). Shade varies slightly between batches and alloys and does not match RAL. Optional etched matte finish (E6). Hard anodizing Hard anodizing of aluminium (type III, 25–100 µm) for wear-loaded parts. Half the layer grows outward; round sharp edges and mask threads. Grey to bronze depending on alloy, or black. Natural anodizing Clear sulphuric anodizing of aluminium (type II). Corrosion and wear protection, about 15 µm layer. Optional etched matte finish (E6). Metal painting Wet painting of metal parts in a spray booth — RAL shade, matte to gloss, topcoat only or primer + topcoat. Threads and fits get painted unless you have them masked. Plastic painting Painting of plastic parts and 3D prints — spray only, or a visual finish with sanding and filler. PLA and PETG are dried without heat.
